The respiratory system is one of the body’s first lines of defense against pathogens. By keeping airways clear and reducing microbial load, halotherapy indirectly strengthens immune function.
Salt’s natural antimicrobial properties help reduce bacteria and irritants in the respiratory tract, making it easier for the immune system to do its job. Regular halotherapy sessions may help reduce the frequency and severity of seasonal illness, especially during colder months when immune systems are under greater stress.
In addition, halotherapy’s calming effect on the nervous system plays a role in immune health, as chronic stress is a known suppressor of immune function.

A relaxing day that starts off with a Sound Bowl Healing Group Session, followed by a visit to each one of our Modalities (HaloSauna, Salt Room, SOQi Bed, Foot Detox, and Myofacial Realease with Tuning Forks). You'll be in groups of two. We suggest bringing a friend you wouldn't mind sweating with, as you will be in the HaloSauna together. Light Snacks and water will be provided. Limited to 8 people and must pay in advance.

Thermoscan
So excited to have Therma-Scan of Michigan here offering a pain-free, no radiation, adjunctive breast screening!
With the ease of a heat sensitive camera, thermography detects heat patterns and the cold-water stress test detects blood flow associated with breast cancer, as much as 5-8 years earlier than other testing. Thermography is a non-invasive risk assessment in determining breast health, not merely the presence of disease risk factor.
Other scans offered include Thyroid or Carotid for an additional cost.
